1. Overview

and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your
purchase of fine art prints ("Products") from our Shopify store
("Store"). By placing an order through the Store, you agree to be
bound by these Terms.
2. Products
All
products sold through this Store are high-quality fine art prints,
professionally printed and fulfilled by WhiteWall, our trusted print and
logistics partner based in Germany. Each print is produced on demand based on
your selection of size, material, and finish.
3. Order Fulfillment
Upon
receiving your order, the print will be professionally produced by WhiteWall.
Orders typically take between 5–10 business days to be printed and
prepared for shipping. Shipping times vary based on destination and selected
shipping method.
We will
notify you via email when your order is confirmed, in production, and shipped.
4. Shipping & Delivery
WhiteWall
handles all global logistics, including packaging and international delivery.
Your order will be securely packaged using industry standard materials for fine
art transport. Shipping is available worldwide unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns & Refunds
All
artworks are made to order and are non-refundable unless they arrive
damaged or defective.
If your
order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with
photographs of the packaging and the print. We will coordinate with WhiteWall
to issue a replacement at no extra charge.
We are
unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or
custom modifications.
6. Payment & Pricing
All prices
are listed in Ross Woodhall Fine Art Photography and include applicable taxes
unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and
supported digital wallets. Payment is processed securely through Shopify
Payments.
7. Intellectual Property
All
artworks featured in this Store are the intellectual property of Ross Woodhall
and are protected by copyright laws. No image may be reproduced, distributed,
or used in any form without prior written consent.
8. Privacy Policy
We collect
and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data for
order processing and fulfillment purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not
liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the
use of our Store or the purchase of our Products. While we work with
professional partners like WhiteWall, delays or disruptions beyond our control
(e.g., customs, weather, global logistics) may occasionally impact delivery
timelines.
10. Governing Law
These Terms
are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom Any disputes will be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England
